I genuinely love people. I want every couple I work with to feel valued, to walk away from their wedding day feeling like their life was better for having me in it. That's not something I take lightly.
I believe two imperfect people choosing each other is one of the most powerful things in the world. That together, they're stronger. That they can love each other toward becoming the best versions of themselves, every single day for the rest of their lives. When I'm standing at the back of a ceremony watching that unfold, I feel it. And I want you to feel it every time you look at your photographs.
Being a husband and a dad has changed the way I see weddings. I know what it is to be married, not perfectly, but honestly. To choose someone every day, even on the hard days. And when I watch a parent during a ceremony, I know something of what they're carrying, the memory of a toddler who once ran into their arms, now standing at an altar. I feel that. And I don't take it for granted.
I'm not just there to document your day. I'm there because your story matters.
When I'm not shooting, you'll find me with a coffee, deep in a historical fiction novel, or soaking up every moment with my growing family, the greatest joy of my life.
